Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Return Policy.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.
Where We Ship
We currently ship from Los Lunas, NM within the United States ONLY.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- We offer a $5.00 Flat Fee to addresses within the Continental United States
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We currently do NOT ship outside of the United States. CarolYoungSilver.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Carolyoungsilver.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
